Doc’s Story

 

End of the Trail Horse Rescue offers homes to abused, abandoned and neglected horses of all ages. We give rescue horses a second chance.

Doc is a sweet Paint Gelding that stands about 15 hands tall.  He is fully trained and a very friendly boy.  He is gentle and would be suitable for riders.

Doc came to us as an abandonment case, we were notified by the Sheriff’s office of his plight.  His owner passed away and the family left Doc at the residence with no plans for finding him a home.  He was underweight and needed care after being left alone.
