Winchester’s Story
End of the Trail Horse Rescue offers homes to abused, abandoned and neglected horses of all ages. We give rescue horses a second chance.
Winchester came to us in 2018 as the result of a divorce. He had a leg injury that has since healed, but he continues to have arthritis issues with that knee and has only 40% of normal knee movement.
He is a handsome & curious horse and does like to come over and visit and can be a bit pushy at times. Winchester is working on learning better manners and can be a handful. He has a best buddy named Sparkle and they are inseparable.
