Winchester came to us in 2018 after a difficult divorce situation. When he arrived, he was healing from a painful leg injury. Although the injury has healed, it left him with arthritis in that knee and only about 40% of normal movement. Even so, Winchester greets each day with heart and determination.
This handsome, inquisitive boy loves to come say hello and check in on whatever you’re doing—sometimes a little too enthusiastically. He’s still learning his manners and can be a bit of a handful, but his personality is full of charm and curiosity. With patience and consistency, he continues to make wonderful progress.
Winchester’s world is made complete by his best friend, Sparkle. The two are truly inseparable, offering each other comfort, confidence, and companionship. Because of their deep bond, Winchester must be adopted together with Sparkle. They are a package of love and friendship that we hope will brighten the life of their future home.
