Tobasco’s Story
End of the Trail Horse Rescue offers homes to abused, abandoned and neglected horses of all ages. We give rescue horses a second chance.
This handsome Paint Mule was a $5 bargain from the local sales barn. He is hesitant around adults, probably due to abuse. However, he has a soft spot in his heart for children and will allow a child with autism to pet him.
He is adorable and gets along really well with all of our horses. He also has the longest most beautiful eyelashes you have ever seen, they would make any starlet jealous.
He would make an excellent companion for a lonely horse. He would love a forever home with the right family. He is currently still very shy and we continue to see him emerge from his shell. In order to find the right home, someone special will need to come visit him regularly to gain his trust. Because he is a Hinny, he is smaller than most mules.
