Annie’s Story
End of the Trail Horse Rescue offers homes to abused, abandoned and neglected horses of all ages. We give rescue horses a second chance.
Annie is a gorgeous 6-year-old Palomino currently in training here at End of the Trail. This beautiful young mare came to us after her owner tragically passed away in a car accident near Olathe. With her former owner’s family living out of state and unable to take her in, Annie suddenly found herself with no place to go.
Today, Annie is safe, loved, and thriving with us. She is a healthy, happy mare with a bright future ahead. Annie is still early in her training and will need an experienced adopter who can continue her development with patience and skill. With time and the right partner, she will make a wonderful companion.
We’re honored to be part of her journey and look forward to helping her find the perfect home when she’s ready.
