Tucker’s Story
End of the Trail Horse Rescue offers homes to abused, abandoned and neglected horses of all ages. We give rescue horses a second chance.
Tucker has spent most of his life as a hardworking ranch horse, but over time he developed ringbone, making traditional ranch work difficult for him. His owner reached out to us hoping we could offer this sweet boy a new purpose—and we’re so grateful they did.
Highly trained, sensitive, and incredibly personable, Tucker turned out to be a perfect fit for our therapy programs. His gentle nature and deep connection with people make him especially attuned to the needs of our clients.
Since joining us, Tucker has become a standout in our mental health therapy sessions. He shows a remarkable interest in children and adults alike, often seeking them out with quiet curiosity and kindness. Tucker truly loves his work here, and he continues to make a meaningful impact on everyone he meets.
